Current Justia Marketing Solutions clients (“Clients”) with Justia Elevate, Justia Amplify, and/or Justia Premium Placement services and lawyers and/or entities newly referred to Justia for marketing solutions (“Referred Persons”) may receive a Justia Credit applicable to select paid Justia services, subject to all terms and conditions herein.
By participating in the Justia Marketing Solutions Referral Program (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Justia Referral Program”), Clients and Referred Persons agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Related Justia Terms Apply
All terms and conditions listed in the Justia Terms of Service and any other terms incorporated by reference in Justia Terms of Service apply to the Justia Marketing Solution Referral Program as they may be modified from time to time and to the extent that such terms do not directly conflict with any express provision herein.
2. Eligibility of Current Clients
Clients referring other licensed attorneys to Justia Marketing Solutions must meet the following criteria:
- Client must have an active Justia Elevate website(s), Justia Amplify PPC management services, or Justia Premium Placement(s) in the Justia Lawyer Directory. Those whose only paid Justia service is a Justia Connect Pro Membership shall not be eligible for Justia Credit through this program.
- Client’s account with Justia Inc. must be in good standing with no past-due balances owed.
- The referred person(s) must meet specific eligibility criteria as set forth in Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
- The referred person must complete the purchase of their new Justia Marketing Solutions within sixty (60) days of the referral being made in order for Client to receive referral credit.
3. Eligibility of Referred Persons
Newly Referred Persons to Justia by Clients are subject to the following eligibility criteria:
- Referred Persons must be a licensed U.S. attorney or entity eligible to purchase Justia Marketing Solutions.
- Referred Persons cannot be a current Justia client. Any individual or entity with Justia Elevate website(s), Justia Amplify PPC management services, Justia Premium Placement(s), or any paid predecessors to these current products are not eligible for the Justia Referral Program.
Referred Persons must never have been a Justia client with paid services in the past. Any individual or entity who has previously had Justia Elevate website(s), Justia Amplify PPC management services, Justia Premium Placement(s), or any paid predecessors to these current products, are ineligible for the Justia Referral Program.
- Referred Persons may not be associated with any entity that currently has Justia Marketing Solutions. If the Referred Person works in any entity wherein the entity itself or other lawyers working at said entity have Justia Elevate website(s), Justia Amplify PPC management services, Justia Premium Placement(s), or any paid predecessors to these current products, that Referred Person is ineligible for the Justia Referral Program.
- Referred Persons must not have previously been referred to Justia for Justia Marketing Solutions at any time. Previous referral status is based solely upon Justia’s records.
- Referred Persons must not already be in current communication with members of the Justia team regarding Justia Marketing Solutions. Communication status is determined solely by considering Justia’s records.
- Referred Persons must purchase their Justia Marketing Solutions within sixty (60) days of the referral in order to receive their related Justia Credit.
4. Usage of Justia Credit Received Via the Referral Program
Any Justia Credit awarded to Clients and referred persons is subject to the following terms of use, including all limitations defined herein:
- Clients will receive a one-hundred dollar ($100.00) Justia Credit for each eligible Referred Person that purchases their new Justia Marketing Solutions within sixty (60) days of the referral. This credit will be applied to their Justia Inc. account for each Successful Referral.
A “Successful Referral” is defined as an eligible Referred Person completing the applicable contractual agreements, providing Client’s referral code prior to payment, and remitting payment for new Justia Elevate website(s), Justia Amplify PPC management services, or Justia Premium Placements in the Justia Lawyer Directory.
- Referred Persons will receive one (1) fifty dollar ($50.00) Justia Credit upon the purchase of their new Justia Elevate website(s), Justia Amplify PPC management services, or Justia Premium Placements in the Justia Lawyer Directory. To receive the credit, Referred Persons must provide the referring Client’s referral code prior to remitting payment to Justia Inc. Such credit will be applied to Referred Person’s Justia Inc. account upon verification of eligibility criteria.
- Each Justia Credit received by Clients or Referred Persons through the Referral Program is a one-time credit. Such credits are not subject to renewal in future payment cycles.
- Each Justia Credit earned by Clients or Referred Persons through the Referral Program is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any other party.
- Any Justia Credit received via the Referral Program may be combined with other promotional offers, including any discounts or other coupon codes as may be released by Justia from time to time.
5. Program Term
The Justia Marketing Solutions Referral Program is a pilot program subject to modification or cancellation at any time. Justia Inc. reserves the right to change or terminate this program at any time and without notice.
All Justia Connect products, including Justia Connect Pro and Justia Deals, are excluded from the Justia Marketing Solutions Referral Program.
